- Sleep and relaxation: A separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a living room with a spacious sofa bed. Naturally, fragrant bed linen and clean towels are fully prepared for you and included in the price.
- Morning coffee on the balcony: The apartment also features its own private balcony. A coffee machine will be waiting for you right in the kitchen, so you can enjoy your favourite first cup of the day in the fresh air.
- Fully equipped kitchen: Everything you need to prepare your own meals is right here. There are all necessary dishes, a microwave and a dishwasher that will take care of the cleanup for you.
- Entertainment and work: Fast free Wi-Fi connection and a smart TV are a matter of course.

Important information for guests
When can I check in?
You can check in from 16:00 on the day of arrival. The online check-in must be completed before arrival. For legal and organisational reasons, the online check-in must be completed and the accommodation payment fully settled before the keys can be handed over.
When do I have to check out?
On the final day of your stay, please vacate the apartment by 10:00 so we have enough time to perfectly prepare everything for the next guests.
Is parking included?
Yes. The apartment comes with its own reserved parking space inside the gated residence, so you do not have to look for street parking in Karlovy Vary.
Can I use the pool, sauna and gym?
Yes. They are located directly within the Moser Residence complex and are available to you as a guest of the apartment. On weekdays the pool is only accessible from 12:00, and unfortunately children under 15 may only use the pool until 17:30. A private whirlpool can be booked for an extra fee.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes. Clean bed linen and towels are prepared for you and included in the price, as is the final cleaning. However, we do ask you to leave the apartment as you found it: please empty the fridge, put clean dishes back in the cupboards, strip the bed linen, and leave the used towels in one place.
